At InterSolutions, our over-arching philosophy is based on our six Core Values. Each year, six employees are recognized for exemplifying these values at the highest level. These Core Value Awards are presented at our Annual Event—most recently held in Las Vegas, Nevada—and celebrate the dedication, impact, and hard work of our team. This year’s winners have truly gone above and beyond, and the recognition is well deserved. Let’s get to know them!

 

Together Makes Better – Kylie Walling

As a team, we know passion, teamwork, and helping one another can turn a group of ordinary people into an unbeatable, winning team.
Kylie got her start in the multifamily world at just 18 years old, working onsite, and she’s loved the industry ever since. She made the move to staffing in 2018 and has been with InterSolutions since 2021. What Kylie enjoys most is helping connect people to opportunities that truly become their long-term work home. “It’s such a rewarding feeling to be part of that journey! Family means everything to me, both at home and at work, and I’m big on building real relationships in everything I do.” She truly believes that when you love what you do, it doesn’t feel like work. Outside of work, you can usually find Kylie with her significant other and their three kiddos, either keeping things running behind the scenes or chasing them around and embracing the full-time mom life. “It’s a busy life, but I wouldn’t have it any other way!”

 

We Are Good People – Luci Samayoa

Our guiding lights are honesty, integrity, generosity of spirit, kindness, and respect for one another.
Luci will be celebrating 4 years with InterSolutions this August, and it’s been such a rewarding journey! One of her favorite parts has been meeting so many amazing, talented people along the way. Before InterSolutions, Luci worked onsite as a property manager, so being able to stay connected to the industry and even work with many of her former coworkers means so much to her. Luci loves helping connect people with great opportunities and supporting teams she once stood alongside. This year, Luci was also honored to be installed on the AAGNO Board of Directors, which has been such an exciting opportunity to stay even more involved in the industry she loves! Luci leads with integrity, serves with humility, and proves that success isn’t just about numbers — it’s about relationships, trust, and doing the right thing when no one is watching. Outside of work, Luci has a loving, supportive husband and three incredible kids who keep her busy and grounded. “I’m truly so grateful for the opportunities InterSolutions has given me and can’t wait to see what’s next!”

 

Get’er Done – Adam Dorn

We accomplish our goals, even when the tasks are not easy and the going gets tough.
Adam has been with InterSolutions for nearly 5 years, where he has thrived in both staffing and sales roles. He loves the opportunity to help people find their forever jobs, and he appreciates how no two days are ever the same in this position. Adam truly embodies what it means to “get’er done”, delivering results and handling tough situations through his unwavering determination and resilience. Outside of work, Adam chases around 2 toddlers, and he performs standup and sketch comedy in the Philadelphia area.

 

Carry Your Moral Compass – Megan Fouts

We do what is right and honest in every situation, even in the face of cost or consequences.
Megan has been in the property management industry for over 14 years, bringing a strong understanding of both on-site operations and staffing needs. She joined InterSolutions in 2021 as a Recruiter and was later promoted to Staffing Specialist that same year. In 2023, Megan advanced into her current role as Regional Operations Manager, and she is passionate about supporting her team and creating an environment where they can succeed. “Ensuring we follow processes, stay aligned, and deliver consistent results is always a top priority of mine.” Her integrity never wavers when things get tough, and her moral compass is steady, guiding her decisions with fairness, accountability, and respect. Megan leads with consistency, earns trust through her actions, and she consistently chooses to do what’s right.

 

Innovative, Adaptive & Creative – Lexi Coggan

We actively look for new and better ways of doing things so we can continuously improve as a company and as individuals.
Lexi has been part of the InterSolutions team for almost 3 years, starting as a Marketing Intern before stepping into her current role as Social Media & Content Specialist in 2024. During her time here, Lexi has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to adapt to evolving trends and a growing brand, all while keeping both our audience and team top of mind. Her creativity plays a key role in strengthening our brand and driving measurable results, especially across social media. One of Lexi’s favorite aspects of her role is that every day is different. She enjoys the dynamic environment where she can balance creativity with strategy while always looking for new ways to improve. Lexi is grateful to be part of such a supportive team and is excited to continue making a meaningful impact. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, listening to live music, and traveling!

 

Have Fun – Lisa Hannah

We know not to take ourselves too seriously and we are committed to laughing at least 3 times a day.
Lisa began her career in multifamily housing in 1994, managing project-based Section 8 communities. After more than a decade in that field, she joined a staffing company—never imagining that 20 years later, she would have built relationships with some of the most incredible people that she now considers family. “I truly believe I have the best job in the world… until I was promoted to grandma nine months ago—that has been an experience beyond words!” Lisa is a die-hard Pittsburgh Steelers fan and has two grown daughters and a small but mighty family. She is incredibly grateful to do what she loves every single day. She is bubbly, she is magnetic, and she walks with a smile that says, “We got this.” Lisa is proof that you can stay winning, stay positive, and stay vibing—all at the same time!
