Defining the Role

We start with an intake call to learn about the uniqueness of the position and qualities that would make a candidate successful with your company.  We’ll review your company culture and core values in addition to the specifications of the job including key responsibilities, reporting structure, and compensation package.

Search and Qualification

We develop a recruiting strategy to recruit the best candidates by utilizing our extensive talent pool and network of industry contacts.  We’ll qualify and screen candidates to ensure their background and qualifications meet the needs of the position.


As we find candidates we’ll work with you to provide resumes and facilitate interviews by phone, in-person or through video.  Our goal is to make the process as seamless as possible.  We’ll conduct reference checks, address any concerns, and negotiate the offer.  We’re here to support you through the new hire’s first day on the job and offer a 60-day guarantee.
