Jim Losik has been active in the multi-family industry for over 30 years starting with the sales and marketing of condominiums and transitioning to the leasing and management of apartment communities. A Chicago native, Jim has operated throughout the Chicago metro area as well as other major US markets, including St. Louis, Minneapolis, Dallas, Austin, Miami, Boston, Denver, and Atlanta serving as Director of Sales and Leasing and National Marketing Director for two Chicago-based real estate firms.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Science from Western Michigan University (magna cum laude) and a Master of City Planning from Southern Illinois University (summa cum laude). He is currently licensed as a managing real estate broker in Illinois and Missouri and is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors. An avid backpacker, Jim and his wife enjoy the great outdoors and have hiked throughout some of the most beautiful areas of the country.
