Meet Danielle Davis!

Danielle has been with InterSolutions since January of 2023. She is the sales executive in Birmingham and had the amazing opportunity to launch that market from the beginning! She says it has been such an honor launching Birmingham and watching it grow alongside her outstanding staffing specialist!

 

We sat down with Danielle to get to know her a bit better, and this is what she had to say:

 

What made you choose your current job?

I wanted to expand and grow myself, both personally and professionally, and InterSolutions was the perfect place for that! I love a challenge.

Where do you see yourself in five years?

I am all about longevity, so in five years I see myself still with InterSolutions hopefully in a management role where I can continue to grow my career.

What is one thing you’d recommend to your younger self before starting your career?

Chill out and take a breath, as simple as it sounds. I have grown tremendously. When I first started, I took everything so seriously and never gave myself an opportunity to mess up and learn from my mistakes. This caused more heartache in the long run. No one is perfect.

Which season best represents your personality? Winter, spring, summer, or fall? Why?

Spring! I am a sunflower for sure. Sunshine makes me happy, and spring is still cool enough that I can enjoy the outdoors without burning alive.

What is something from your childhood that you still love today?

From my childhood, I still love Christmas lights and fireworks…They still leave me star-struck!

How would you make your ideal sandwich? What’s in it?

My ideal sandwich is a hamburger! In it, I would have mayo, lettuce, cheese, pickles, mustard, and onions all on a toasted bun!
