Meet Danielle Aguilar!

Danielle has been in the industry for 4 years and says she has found her calling. She absolutely loves getting up in the morning and looks forward to working as a Staffing Specialist; as they say, if you love what you do are you really even working? Danielle started with InterSolutions 2 years ago and has not regretted her decision once. She notes that at InterSolutions, she always meets new people, learns new ways, receives feedback, and loves that everyone is always there for each other at any time. Danielle is a single mother of two beautiful daughters, 10 and 5 years old, and in her free time she enjoys cuddles on the couch and watching Christmas movies all year round – They never get old! Danielle and her kids enjoy building castles out of blocks, and she can’t say she doesn’t enjoy a night out for dinner and drinks!

We sat down with Danielle to get to know more about her, and this is what she had to say:

What do you enjoy most about your position at InterSolutions?

We are all a working family and are always here to help one another. In my current position, I absolutely love it all, but if I had to pick one thing, I would say I love getting a call from a candidate that I placed who is excited after being offered a full-time position at a location. It makes my heart so happy!

What career advice would you give to someone first starting their career?

At first, it may seem like a lot. Once you find your groove, it will be smooth sailing! It is very rewarding on both client and associate ends when we find them permanent placing.

What drew you to InterSolutions?

When I found out what the goals/dreams were in place for InterSolutions, I knew I wanted to be a part of the goals, family, success, etc.

If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?

I would have to say posole. There is never a wrong time to have some good posole!

If you were a dog, what breed would you be and why?

I would be a Beagle because I have one. He is a pup full of energy, and loves the outdoors and the pool!
