How Chelcie got her start in the Multi-Family Industry
Chelcie got her start in the Multi-Family industry over 10 years ago after visiting one of her friends at a local staffing agency. Through that agency, Chelcie met Cathy Cooper who inspired her to join property management and sent her on her first assignment. After the assignment, Chelcie was hooked, loving both the atmosphere of taking future residents on property tours and building a great rapport from the start. She got her start with Centra Partners and has been in the industry ever since!
Chelcie’s Favorite Part of being a Sales Executive
Her absolute favorite part of the job is seeing someone that she interviewed and placed at a community get a fulltime offer from a client. Because of this, you will hear Chelcie raving about the FastTrack Leasing Program that InterSolutions offers new-to-the-industry talent. She loves the opportunities the training and coaching give to motivated and passionate individuals. Nothing is more rewarding than helping others to get their start in the multifamily industry.
Chelcie’s Favorite Activities Outside of Work
In her free time, Chelcie loves spending time with her family. Mother of two at home, Chelcie enjoys traveling and adventures. While working from home, Chelcie has invested in a spin bike and exercises for 20 minutes each morning to stay active. She enjoys the company of good friends and family dining out at new restaurants with lots of laughter.

The biggest piece of career advice Chelcie gives to those looking to join the multifamily industry is to connect and build relationships. Choose what your passion is and share your passion with everyone and their friends. You never know who may be hiring.
