It presents all available talent that meets the needs of your community. With the click of a button you can review candidates and access their skills and accomplishments. Our talent showcase allows you to easily run a search on our website to find exactly what you are looking for within the vicinity of your community.
On Tuesdays, our local sales executives email clients with up to five available associates living within 15 miles of their communities. We include skills and background information as well. Each week as we bring on new talent, they are added to our list of available associates. If you cannot find an available associate within your geographic range or qualifications, we can work with you to recruit for your needs or bring in our Executive Search team to help. Our Direct Hire team can find those hard to recruit for positions or locations to make sure you find the perfect fit for your community.
If you have a candidate in mind who you believe has great potential or you are just not ready to hire them, our JumpStart Payroll service may be the best fit for you. We will add the candidate to our payroll to give you time until you decide to officially hire them. There are no minimum hours and no placement fees!
