Response to COVID-19

To Our InterSolutions Clients:

The health, safety, and well-being of our associates, customers and your residents is our top priority.

In an effort to stay as informed as possible regarding the Coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19), InterSolutions is actively monitoring updates from the Center for Disease Control (CDC), as well as state and local health departments. We have found the below link to contain helpful information:

InterSolutions has reached out to our associates working onsite to share important guidance regarding best practices to ensure they remain infection-free.  We will continue to do so as we learn more.

InterSolutions is also making every reasonable effort to ensure that our staffing services at your apartment community will continue as normal and, as of today, we do not anticipate an interruption. If new developments involving COVID-19 will impact any portion of our service to you, we will communicate this to you as quickly as possible.

InterSolutions will notify our Management Company partners immediately if an employee who worked at one of your apartment communities later contracts COVID-19.

We ask that you alert us and our associates to any information you may learn regarding COVID-19 that could impact us or our associates working at your apartment communities.

Lastly, if a resident asks one of our associates about the community’s cleaning, safety or business practices related to COVID-19, we have instructed them to refer that resident to the Apartment Community Manager.

We, of course, welcome your input on how we can work together in this challenging time to further the goal of business continuity as well as health and safety
