How Colleen Got Her Start
Colleen Brown, Director of Sales for NPM Staffing, began her recruiting career in 2001. She founded Legend Staffing Solutions in Scottsdale, AZ, a direct hire staffing firm placing construction executives throughout the United States. When the construction industry was affected in 2007 by the downturn in the economy, Colleen went to work with the Southwest operations team at Alliance Residential Company at their corporate offices in Phoenix. In 2012, she was given the opportunity to be a junior regional manager for MEB Management Services (Morrison, Ekre & Bart). In early 2015, she decided to move to the vendor side of property management where she was hired on as the director of sales for BG Staffing. Colleen made the move to NPM Staffing as the Director of Sales on September 1, 2016.
Why Colleen Enjoys Property Management
Working in property management, Colleen pursues her passion of building genuine relationships. She enjoys helping people find jobs while helping her friends in the industry find great employees. Colleen also mentors other account executives in other markets and helps build training programs for NPM’s sales team and marketing department. In addition, Colleen participates in the Arizona Multihousing Association on various committees and programs.
