We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Leasing Consultants

The responsibilities and activities of a Leasing Consultant include but are not limited to:

• High level of customer service and sales
• Performing a tour of the property for prospective residents
• Receiving, logging, and following up on work order requests
• Upholding Fair Housing laws
• Being able to perform data entry on a computer- Yardi/ OneSite/ Rainmaker
• Flexible work schedule and reliable
• Being able to log-in packages and lift 10 to 30 lb packages
• Being able to perform administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, copying
• Tax credit experience is a plus but not required
• Lease Up experience is a plus but not required

Apartment Maintenance Techs

• Prefer candidates with experience
• On-site apartment maintenance functions
• Physical condition of the community- paint, appliance repair, plumbing, carpentry etc.
• Upholding all company policies, goals and values
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor and/or perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner
• Make available apartments ready for move-in
• Report any maintenance problems to the supervisor
• Participate in an ongoing community maintenance and improvement plan
• Follow-up on service requests to assure the highest quality customer satisfaction, and all other duties as may be assigned
• HVAC certification a plus

Porters

These candidates are entry level and are responsible for outside appearance of the property

• Janitorial
• Curb appeal
• Attention to detail
• Ownership of workmanship
