Meet Keiry Friedlander!

In 2021, Keiry embarked on a new chapter of her career when she chose to join Intersolutions as a Staffing Specialist. This role allowed her to leverage her extensive industry knowledge and ability to identify top talent, making sure InterSolutions’ clients received the best staffing solutions available.

Keiry’s dedication and results-oriented approach led to a well-deserved promotion to the position of Regional Operations Manager. Since assuming this role, she has taken on the responsibility of overseeing Intersolutions’ branches in California, where she continues to drive operational success.

Keiry states that her multifamily industry journey has been one of continuous growth. “I am excited to bring my wealth of experience, leadership skills, and industry expertise to every project and team I work with. As I look forward to the future, I remain committed to further elevating the multifamily industry and helping professionals thrive in this dynamic field.”

We sat down with Keiry to get to know her better, and this is what she had to say:

What is something you wish you knew before starting your career?

If only I had realized earlier that my entry into the multifamily industry would open doors to such incredible opportunities. I would have started sooner!

What has been the greatest career milestone you’ve experienced so far?

My most significant career achievement has been attaining my current position, which has allowed me to gain extensive experience in staffing across numerous cities and states nationwide. This exposure has enriched my understanding of people and their diverse backgrounds, contributing to my professional growth.

Which part of your workday is your favorite and why?

The highlight of my workday is the opportunity to connect with my teams, as it allows me to foster their growth, provide guidance based on my own experiences, and share the wealth of knowledge I’ve accumulated over time.

If there was a movie about your life, who would you cast to play the role of you?

I’d say Sofía Vergara because she is hilarious, fashionable, smart, and sassy!

What current fact about your life would most impress your younger self?

The aspect of my life that would truly astonish my younger self is my unwavering determination, regardless of the circumstances I face. Over the years, I’ve developed a keen self-awareness of my tendency to strive for excellence and my refusal to let anything stand in the way of accomplishing my personal and professional goals.

What food item would you never ever eat, no matter how hungry you are?

I would not eat frog legs under any circumstance.
