Meet Jeremiah! Jeremiah began his career with InterSolutions as a Staffing Specialist and is now the Account/Operations Executive for InterSolutions’ “Region 2,” which covers branches all across the US. The Arizona native attended university in Houston, TX, and now resides in San Diego, California.  We sat down with Jeremiah to get to know him better, and this is what he had to say!

What do you enjoy most about your position at InterSolutions?

I just recently took a hybrid role within InterSolutions where I support both Operations and Sales within Region 2, which covers branches all over the country. Inside this role, I find satisfaction and fulfillment in being able to find streamlined, fruitful processes that align with both the business and client objectives. Working within an industry that provides employment for the masses allows for a sense of self-worth. It delivers me with the humanitarian fulfillment that I so eagerly search for. Knowing that we can be the reason someone can eat, keep housing, and sustain a livelihood is all one can ask for!

What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?

Listen with the intent to UNDERSTAND and not REPLY!

What motivates you?

Meeting goals: I thoroughly enjoy “checking something off a list”. Once that item is checked off and mastered, I thrive off “what is next”. Which then leads me to dive deeper into whatever it may be that I am working on… I enjoy a long-lived marathon and not a short-lived sprint.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?

Greece is next on my list. The culture, food and overall aesthetic is stunning!

What is something you’ve always wanted to do but haven’t done yet? Why not?

I have a BFA in Dance and used to be a full-time professional dancer. There is a very prestigious dance performance called Jacobs Pillow in Becket, Massachusetts. I have always wanted to dance or present work at this magical festival!
