Direct Hire, or Executive Search, is one of the many ways InterSolutions assists property management companies in finding the perfect employees for their teams. This month, we chose to highlight Stephen DiPardo, InterSolutions’ Director of Executive Search, and discuss the details of our direct hire program. Here’s what he had to say:

Can you explain your background and experience in the multifamily/property management industry?

I have been in multi-family for 14 years. I was a Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Acquisition Director for two Philadelphia Property Management companies before joining InterSolutions in 2017. We started the Direct Placement Division in 2019.

What do you enjoy most about your position with InterSolutions?

I enjoy finding people new opportunities to advance their careers in our industry and also working with our team of professionals.

What is direct hire?

Direct Hire is when our clients hire us to perform a specialized search for an open position at their company. Instead of a person working for us as an associate, they immediately become a member of our client’s team and go through their hiring and onboarding process.

What positions can you fill with executive search?

What do you believe to be the main benefits of direct hire and executive search?

• Quality of Candidates – Candidates from a pool of individuals who may not be actively in the job market. Candidates that are currently employed in a similar position likely already have the necessary training and experience. This will allow the employer to save on turnover costs and allow the employee to get right to work.
• Saving Time – Our team will take on the hard work and responsibility of networking and headhunting the perfect candidate for our client’s company. Our clients have peace of mind that they are getting the best possible candidate for the position.
