As an InterSolutions Associate, you have the flexibility to work where and when you want. Our mobile app makes it easy to set your availability and work on your own terms!
Why haven’t I received the registration e-mail yet?
First, check your spam folder. If you have not received your invitation to download the app, please contact your staffing manager.
Why can’t I log in to the app?
- Set your password by clicking on the link in the email from InterSolutions
- Check if the username and password were correctly entered with no spaces at the start or end
- Make sure you’re using your username and not your email address to log in
- If all the above fail, please contact your staffing manager for a new registration email
What if I don’t have a smartphone?
The app is available for iPhones and Android. If you are a Windows user or don’t have a smartphone device, you can use the web portal from your browser by typing, https://app.tempbuddy.com, and log in using the username and password you received by e-mail.
What if I don’t have a network connection at work?
The app will still allow you to check in and check out. The app will then sync when a network connection is available.
Does the app track my every movement?
No. We don’t track location outside of check-in and -out time when you are working as part of our verification process. Even when we receive possible late alerts, your exact location is not identified or shared.
How do I qualify for Same Day Pay?
Once enrolled, follow these steps to ensure you receive your payment within 24 hours of your shift.
