Office Manager Cynthia Gamble has been a valuable member of our team since 2004. Working out of the Silver Spring, Maryland office, Cynthia is responsible for conducting background checks, testing job candidates, verifying property management certification, and onboarding our employees in Washington, D.C.,

Virginia, and surrounding areas. She stays very busy handling scheduling issues, answering questions, and conducting other administrative tasks that keep the company operating smoothly.

Cynthia’s Biggest Career Influence

Cynthia credits Drew Golin, VP of Operations, with having the greatest influence on her career. She was working in payroll at OTS Holdings when they merged

with InterSolutions. Drew asked Cynthia to come in for an interview that afternoon. He was very impressed with her skills and experience and hired her on the spot. Drew appreciates
